Step 1: Schedule your appointment
Whether you schedule online or call and speak with a live person, our scheduling process is quick and easy.
Step 2: Confirm your appointment
Once you submit your information online or hang up with one of our team members, you’ll receive an email and text message with your appointment details. You can reply to the email or text to make changes (if needed).
Step 3: Reminders the day before
You’ll receive a text message and email reminder the day prior to your appointment. You can simply call, text, or email if you need to make changes.
Step 4: Day of appointment call and text
You’ll receive a text and email with a photo of your technician and a link to track their location as they travel to your home. Your technician will call you about 20 minutes before their arrival.
Step 5: Your appointment
Your technician will greet you by your garage to begin the appointment. They will thoroughly inspect your door and determine which services may need to be done.
If you need a new door, your technician will explain the process for ordering and installing a new door.
Once you’ve reviewed the recommended work, estimated price, and warranty, you’ll sign a digital form signaling your approval to start work. Then, your technician will take it from there — our techs typically have everything they need to repair your door on the spot!
When the work is complete, your technician will clean everything up and leave your garage and driveway
spotless. You can then pay immediately with cash, check, or credit card or choose to pay by phone or
online.
Step 6: After your appointment
Once the work is completed, you will receive an email detailing the service(s) provided, along with an attached invoice or receipt of payment.
Step 7: Review your service
Feedback from our customers is incredibly important to us, as it helps us continually improve our services. Your technician will leave a postcard with their name and simple instructions for leaving an online review. You’ll also receive a text with a link to leave a review.
