The technician arrived when he said he would. He explained what he would be looking for and then addressed the issue with some options. He was polite and courteous. I am happy with the service.

Derek, Precision Garage Door Service of Akron employee, installed a new 2 car garage door today. It looks beautiful! The whole process of determining what was needed, how much it cost, & when it could be done went quickly & smoothly. Mark, another employee, did a very good job explaining everything to me. Both Mark & Derek are great representatives of the company. It was a bit pricey but they did a job well done including clean-up. Thank you.

I scheduled a check up for our 4 year old door Kathy helped sort out that my contractor was still listed as responsible for this address/door. Working with Mark, the service rep sent to work on my door, Kathy straighten out my account. Mark looked over the door, lubed the hinges, pointed out some items that might develop into a problem later, and recommended services that will prolong the life of the door. Mark was very cordial and professional. I will have no problem calling Precision for future service.

Shaun was a highly professional and knowledgeable technician who identified our issues quickly and proposed solutions that were clearly designed to be effective and cost conscious... I.e., he did not try to sell us something we did not need at this time. He explained what was available should we desire or need to upgrade in the future. But he corrected, repaired and replaced what was needed to get our system fully operational and went above and beyond in programming all our remotes ... and our new car!!. He then followed up immediately as promised with cost estimates for upgrading our motors should that be needed in the future. We could not be more pleased with the service and Shaun's attention to our needs. A truly high level professional experience!!

Spring broke about 8:30 Friday evening. Made an online appointment with Precision for 10AM Saturday morning. They arrived promptly and went over exactly what needed to be repaired and gave me a price. Work was completed quickly, tech did a really nice job, cleaned up everything including wiping up some grease spots left from parts removal. Great service and a fair price/ I am very satisfied and will certainly use Precision again if the need arises!

Broken spring led to opener breakage. Called on Friday night and set up a 10:00 appointment for Saturday morning. Tech arrived promptly, showed me what needed to be repaired and gave me a total cost. Repair was done quickly and tech made sure everything worked properly with me. All cleaned up, spots wiped away. Could not be happier with the service. Would certainly use Precision again if the need arises!
