Great service! Precision Door answered an evening call when I returned home from a trip to a broken garage door. The spring broke when I tried to open the door with my remote and the door was stuck open 2 feet off the ground at an angle and would not close, even manually. Precision had their tech to my house for their first appointment at 8:00am the next morning. The only other company that responded at all did not call me back until 10:00am when my door was already fixed.

One of our remotes died (bad board) and when they came they also found the old opener (15 years old) was grinding metal parts and it made more sense to replace the opener. Austin got it done in an hour - very nice work.

I've used precision before and since I don't know what the cost would actually have to be if I try to do it myself they always seems to be fair.

I had Tyler come out since my cables had come off the pulley and I wasn't able to use my garage door. He arrived on time and was able to diagnose the issue. He gave me a few quotes for repair and replacement and explained each one. It took him about an hour from arriving to fixing the garage door. Overall I'm happy with the service provided. I will definetly use them again.

Mark did an awesome job. He replaced my broken springs and a few other items like worn out bearing. I called at 8 and he was here by 930 and finished by 11. The price was a little shocking but what isn't these days. But I haven't had to replace anything major since the door was installed in 1998.

Our garage door wouldn't open; turns out the springs broke. Precision Door was able to come out the same day within 4-6 hours of my call! The job was completed during the same visit and our tech, Dylan, was knowledgeable, respectful and helpful. We would definitely recommend and use them in the future.
