We recently had Shaun Sweitzer from Precision Garage come out to replace our garage door opener after our old one gave out during a storm, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Shaun was professional, punctual, and incredibly kind from start to finish. He not only installed the new opener quickly and efficiently, but he also took the time to walk us through all the new features including how to use the mobile app, program the keypad, and connect both of our cars to the system. My spring broke and within 3 days (could have been sooner, I booked at MY next opening) they were out. The tech was very professional and friendly. He provided me 3 quotes (overhaul, moderate update, just the springs) and was not pushy AT ALL which I appreciated. He was done within an hour and when I get a plan together I will definitely utilize them to update my other components.

I called Precision Garage Door to report that some of the trim placed on the top edge of the door frame was drooping and asked if someone could come fix it. Ashley got us on the schedule the next day with our installer, Derek. It was great, he was out first thing in the morning, fixed the problem and checked to make sure everything else was working well. He wanted to be sure there were no other issues that he could help with and was again, a gentleman and extremely nice to work with.
