Thank you for repairing my garage door on a Sunday, within 2 hours of me contacting you. Other companies never called me back. My car was stuck in the garage, my garage door spring and cables were broken, I could not manually open the door at all even after using the red cord. Your technician Tyler Adkins was professional, polite and knowledgeable. It took him longer than anticipated to repair due to a wiring issue, but I really didn't mind, I was so impressed with his prompt response and troubleshooting. Your company website made it extremely easy for me to schedule an appointment and communicate details. I asked Tyler to make sure he removed all the Action Door stickers from my door so I would never waste my time calling them again. They didn't even bother to call me back.

Precision installed our garage door and lift in 2012. The installation and service were exceptional. Now 23 years later in May 2025 we had our first service call to replace a broken tension spring.
