5/5/2024 – Tim C. called to confirm that he was on his way and arrived promptly for our scheduled appointment. He listened to my concerns, identified some issues, and completed warranty work in a very professional manner. Tim reviewed the work he had done with me and discussed some potential problems I could have with our garage door in the future. I am very pleased with the service Tim C. provided and would highly recommend him.

4/22/2024 – Tim the technician was on time, very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He went over everything including the options before starting the repairs. Tim made all the repairs in a timely manner, then did a service check of the garage door to make sure it was operating properly. He finished with lubricating all the rollers, and hinges. Tim was a pleasure having here, and look forward to having him return should we need another service call.

12/14/2023 – Tim C was very knowledgeable and gave me all my options during my garage door crisis. He was punctual and polite and got the work done in a timely manner with focus and very detail oriented! He demonstrated everything and helped me get it all set up and programmed. He was patient and kind! I would recommend Tim and Precision Door to anyone! Thank you so much Tim!

11/29/2023 – Tim was a tremendous service representative. He worked harder than any service person I have ever had in my home. I was very pleased the results of his labor.

11/4/2023 – Tim was on time, very courteous and helpful. He assisted me in setting up my password and beginning setting up my app. I am pleased with the service – as I always have been with Precision Door over the years.

10/12/2023 – Tim C was wonderful. Pointed out all the issues with my old door. Gave me all my options so I could choose what was best. Very professional.
