6/28/2024 – Excellent, quick and professional service. Jack did a great job explaining everything and the options I had. There was no pressure and he was very knowledgeable and efficient.

6/21/2024 – I think that every person that I encountered is to be commended for their professionalism and courteous behavior. Both these qualities are rare these days and I appreciate my service provider, Jake, who was timely and kept me abreast of what he was doing. I especially appreciate the time he took with me to get my garage door opener operating and hooked up to my cell phone. He took the time to make sure I would be able to appropriately use the opener with my cell phone. I do want to make sure that I give thanks to all the receptionist who I encountered. Each one with whom I spoke helped to decrease my stress and made me feel as if my needs were a priority. Thank you all again and again.

5/13/2024 – Precision Garage Door of Akron is great. And our Technician, Jack Graves, was excellent! I will, from now on, only call this company for all garage door service and/or equipment. I also highly recommend our technician, Jack Graves! I had a rather complicated repair, but he figured out the problem and got the job done!

5/4/2024 – Jack Graves was the technician that came to my home this morning to fix my garage door. He was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. He offered several solutions for me to consider. He explained them all in detail. He finished the job in a timely manner. I highly recommend Precision Door of Akron. They offer 24/7 service which I appreciated.

2/25/2024 – Jack Graves was probably the most congenial and knowledgeable person they could’ve sent to my house He was thorough, conscientious, cleaned up after himself, and was engaging in in conversation the whole time Very polite, very respectful, and very good at his job. I lost the springs on my overhead door in the middle of the night on Saturday night. He was here 8 AM Sunday morning and did the entire repair. He was very organized.

2/4/2024 – We contacted Precision Garage Door as soon as our spring broke. Jack arrived in about an hour and quickly and efficiently replaced the broken and defective components. I would highly recommend Precision! Jack was great!

1/24/2024 – Called this morning and had a technician come out same day and was prompt and on time. Jack Graves was very kind, professional and very knowledgeable and explained everything and knew what the issue was right away. Even fixed the problem right away as well. Even educated me with a few things to know in the future and keep in mind and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend this company!

1/8/2024 – First off – never received such quick service before. Called at 9:00 am this morning and tech, Jack Graves, was here before 10:00 am. He was knowledgeable and efficient and had our garage door repaired in no time. All round wonderful experience. Highly recommend

12/12/2023 – Jack is wonderful! He patiently answered my questions. He also gave me options should I decide to replace in the future. He is a great representative of Precision Door Service! From the initial phone call to Jack’s repair- the service was excellent.
