had garage spring and bearings replaced by maxwell. very easy and pleasant to schedule service. They were able to come out the same day. Called ahead like they said they would. Arrived when they said they would. Sent a picture of technician, which my wife appreciates. Maxwell was curteous, professional, clean, and did excellent work. Will not hesitate to use this company again when needed.

Woke up to a broken tension spring, called precision at 7 am, by 830 Max was here, and it was completed by 10! replaced the spring, drums, rollers etc. Great customer experience, Max was knowledgeable and easy to work with

He came straight in checking everything thoroughly and gave us different options to choose from. He explained the process and products clearly without hesitation. He answered all of our questions and a was respectful, precise, and clean! We love that he was down to earth and made sure we were completely satisfied before finishing up the service. I used Precision 10 years ago on our garage door - replaced everything but the door itself - and it worked flawlessly for 10 years. Then a spring broke and I decided to try a different smaller company. Ugh - big mistake! Turns out, they sold me the wrong springs and literally didn't tighten all the nuts and bolts. Couldn't use the garage door after only 2 months! Enter Austin from Precision. He arrived and after just a few minutes of observation, knew exactly what the problems were. He was thorough, professional, knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to happen and why. This will wind up costing us, but i feel way better and more confident that the job will he done right. I highly recommend using Precision- they KNOW what they are doing!

Highly recommend Precision Garage Door. They run their business with excellence. From the moment I called for an estimate through completion of the job they did everything just as they said they would. They are on time, or early, for their appointments and let you know ahead of time when they are on their way. I can't say enough about my technician, Tyler Adkins. He is very professional, respectful and does a great job of going over everything and explaining it to you. I needed a new motor, new rollers and rails and I am very pleased with the job Tyler did. He is an asset to his company.

Precision picked up our call on Friday night at 6 pm and gave us a service call between 8:00 and 10:00 the next morning. Extremely quick response and service. Our technician, Austin, fixed both coils on the garage door very efficiently and in a professional manner. Highly recommend!

Tyler Adkins & Harry came to check out my keypad that wasn't working. After getting it working, they discovered a couple metal brackets on my garage door were broken, which if left unattended would have resulted in a more extensive repair & downtime. They replaced the brackets, made sure all of my concerns or questions were answered. Very pleasant, very punctual. Would highly recommend Precision Garage.

I am so happy with my new garage door and opener from Precision. It has exceeded my expectations. The door has a beautiful walnut wood grain finish which adds interest and texture to the appearance of my house. My installer, Derek, was so personable, knowledgeable, and professional. His work was perfect, he explained the warranty as well as the operation and maintenance of the door and equipment, he answered all of my questions, and he was careful to clean up everything after the installation. After this experience with Precision, I will be recommending this company to my neighbors and friends.

Max Adamczyk arrived at my house at 10:00am looked at the aged unit and found it needed replaced.Max had everything he needed in his van and replaced the old unit with an Genie Unit the affordable unit with quality and Max explained the difference between getting one low cost unit from an home improvement store to the Genie Unit. He was very professional and I was impressed by the work he did installing the new garage unit.

We had a garage door break so it needed to be replaced. Austin with Precision came out the next day, gave us a quote and explained everything thoroughly. He was able to schedule us for new doors the following week! Brandon came out and spent the day replacing both of our garage doors by himself. They look great and are much quieter and more efficient! He did a fantastic job!

My garage door would not shut. I called at 8 am, a tech arrived at 9am. I watched as he did some troubleshooting. I needed a new opener. He installed new rails, keypad, had me use everything and assessed if I had any questions. Shawn was courteous, informative and professional. Thanks

My garage door broke, called them to see about getting a garage door replacement. They came out the next day to do a free estimate. Technician Tyler Atkins came out was very professional and friendly gave me three quotes of doors they had available went over all their financing options with me to get a solution that worked for me. They were very prompt with getting back to me to schedule the install. Technician Derek Larch came out to install the garage door. He did an excellent job. He was very thorough, friendly and made sure every thing was cleaned up when he was done. I would highly recommend them and I will use them in the future if I have any more garage door needs.

Great job excellent technician Garreth Rogers!! He actually came 15 minutes early which I appreciated as I had a zoom meeting I needed to attend at 10am. He was polite and efficient and explained the situation which gave me confidence in the type of opener I needed and minor repairs to make the door open effortlessly. I used them last October for a repair of the old unit which worked fine, but when the unit stopped working this time I knew that the 24 yr old unit had to go.

The Installer was on time actually a few minutes early which I was happy to do when he called to get an ok. Explanation of the door options and extra repairs needed was clear. It was a no brainer to go with the opener with a battery back up. Quick and efficient work and no mess or old parts left behind. Pricey but a sense of comfort and ease of use eliminates any issues with the cost.
