I called Precision Garage Door to report that some of the trim placed on the top edge of the door frame was drooping and asked if someone could come fix it. Ashley got us on the schedule the next day with our installer, Derek. It was great, he was out first thing in the morning, fixed the problem and checked to make sure everything else was working well. He wanted to be sure there were no other issues that he could help with and was again, a gentleman and extremely nice to work with. Thank you, Precision Garage Door company for being efficient and a pleasure to work with.

Garreth Rogers from Precision Door was very professional and helpful! He quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door not opening as a burned out motor. He was helpful in answering all my questions and offered several tiers for products to choose for replacement. The door was fixed quickly and he even checked the other doors on our outbuilding to make sure they were working properly. We have used this company in the past and continue to be pleased with it!
