Called in the AM and appointment made for the same day!!! Shawn Sweitzer is the best technician. listened to my many questions and concerns. Explained all steps that he was doing and I felt that I was treated with respect. Will need to replace the opener soon and I will only use this company. Service charges were fair and reasonable. We were told on the phone there was no charge to get an estimate but if we decided to have them do the work there would be a $75 service fee added, so we decided to have them come give an estimate before we made a hiring decision. Their price was significantly higher than we were quoted over the phone by another company and when I told them that, I was then told I needed to pay the $75. They didn’t offer to match the other companies quote they just wanted the $75 for not hiring them. I was told they went back and listened to the call and they said I was told there was a $75 fee if they do NO work. The person who was here was a general manager who said he called a manager and that person listened to the call. Really disappointing. They were willing to waive the $75 only if I paid the $724 we were quoted to replace the garage door spring.

Very disappointed. I was told by the service representative that the technician would be able to determine if the springs were under warranty. He had no clue since he had no paperwork. I said couldn’t you just ask your home office, they should have it. He said no, they changed ownership two years ago and the previous owner took all of the paperwork with him. The springs are only four years old.

A call to Precision door early 1-12 had Mike at the Haggett address by 10:00am for emergency repair action Plan and order acceptance Mike took Immediate action to arrange for total repair program timing and order confirmation Mikes product knowledge and concern for the customer is exceptional His personal communication and personality makes it a pleasure to have him support me On the scene to accomplish customers problem In My 60 year business career of sales marketing and customer service I would want Mike on my team His review of 9541 Angela Drive door provided a total review of the door and he provided in site quoting for Door potential action to include costs

coil broke, could not open door myself, car stuck in garage. Precision responded within hours of my call on a Saturday. They inspected the door, explained what was needed, answered my questions, and provided an estimate. We agreed on price and they had parts installed and door working in about an hour's time. My only complaint is the prices were quite high, but they had me over a barrel because I needed access to my car asap. So I got no second estimate from any other repair shop. Parts included rollers, cable, drums, springs, bearing plates. Total was $1600.
