Precision Door - Once again great service! Called this afternoon to schedule an appointment and the tech, Mike Reitenbach, was out to our house by 5:30. He did an exceptional job finding the problem and fixing it immediately. He was very friendly, thorough, and professional. It was a pleasure dealing with him. Precision Garage Door service is a great company. My garage spring broke on Sunday, called them at 830am Monday morning and they service tech here by 10:15am that morning. The tech, Mark St. Clair greeting me kindly and showed me that my spring had indeed broken an d went over my options on what I can do to fix the issue. We went over all the options available and decided what was best for my 30 year old garage door, we went with a new spring and motor and rollers. Mark was very kind and efficient and answered all my questions. 2 hours later he was done and went over how everything works and then he was in his way. Precision Garage Door was easy to work with from calling the company to having them come out the same day.

Fantastic experience that couldn’t have gone better. The office was very prompt in setting up an appointment and it happened to be the very next day to my surprise. The technician who was sent out Michael Reitenbach couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and pleasant. He was very professional and his work ethic was stellar. All in all I would highly recommend them for a job well done!

My garage door opener had a loose wire and stopped working. I called Precision and they had a tech here the next morning right at 8 am, so my day wasn’t interrupted. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a few minutes. He also re-programmed the keypad quickly. I appreciated the photo I received of the tech to increase my safety.

First time using precision door. I can say if I need any garage door work I would absolutely use them again. The installer Derek larch was great.he called about an hour to arrival. His work was great. He explained everything I needed to know as well. If you need garage door repair or looking for a door. I recommend precision door or Akron. I'm very satisfied with the work of precision door.

My tech was Shaun Sweitzer. I called at 9:30 am on a Saturday morning and he was at my house by 10:15 am! My door stopped opening and my car was trapped inside. We needed a new system as it was original to the house. He was so nice and polite and in about 1 hrs and a half I had a new garage door system. Much quieter than the old one. The price scared me but everything is high these days. Would highly recommend Precision and Shaun!!

Great service! Precision Door answered an evening call when I returned home from a trip to a broken garage door. The spring broke when I tried to open the door with my remote and the door was stuck open 2 feet off the ground at an angle and would not close, even manually. Precision had their tech to my house for their first appointment at 8:00am the next morning. The only other company that responded at all did not call me back until 10:00am when my door was already fixed.

One of our remotes died (bad board) and when they came they also found the old opener (15 years old) was grinding metal parts and it made more sense to replace the opener. Austin got it done in an hour - very nice work.
