7/30/2025 – Mark St. Clair was amazing!! It’s never a good thing when your garage door breaks when you least expect it, but the team at Precision was able to send Mark on the same day and got us fixed! We even had him install the second garage door opener that was acting funny. Mark was so polite and explained things the whole time he was here. It was great knowing that he had everything needed on his truck and we didn’t have to wait for him to come back. I highly recommend Precision!

12/12/2024 – Thank you for fixing/replacing my spring coils immediately. I called around 2:00 pm and Mark St Clair (the service Tech) showed up around 3:00 PM. Mark is fantastic. He was professional and very efficient. After he inspected my garage door and the coils, Mark explained everything in detail and provided options for the repairs. 10/7/2024 – Garage door started acting up. Called Precision and Mark St. Clair was here within 90 minutes and made the necessary repairs. Excellent service!
