I have nothing but fantastic things to say about Precision. From our installation in 2017 to my first service call need recently, they have been professional, kind, and well versed in expertise in their field. We absolutely love our quiet belt driven opener and high quality of the insulated door with the upgraded exterior finish that still looks like brand new nine years later. I had a torsion spring break and the great warranty covered it. I was back together in less than 24 hours and on a Sunday! Superior service from the phone call through the repair. Maxwell was a great tech and representative for the company. Look nowhere else...only use Precision!

We had a broken spring. Precision was able to come out the day I called but opted for the next day. The Tech, Jerry, arrived at out house early. He had all the repairs done in less than 2 hours. Jerry was very professional and preformed quality work. I would highly recommend.

Broken spring led to opener breakage. Called on Friday night and set up a 10:00 appointment for Saturday morning. Tech arrived promptly, showed me what needed to be repaired and gave me a total cost. Repair was done quickly and tech made sure everything worked properly with me. All cleaned up, spots wiped away. Could not be happier with the service. Would certainly use Precision again if the need arises!

Fantastic experience that couldnt have gone better. The office was very prompt in setting up an appointment and it happened to be the very next day to my surprise. The crew who installed our new garage door were great.very polite, very professional and very friendly and answered all of our questions. The only negative was that when they removed the old door opener (which I had planned to save and possibly reuse down the road as it was only a couple years old) they cut off the wire that goes to the wall opening switch right at the top of opener where it goes down inside the opener and I dont think that theres enough room that I can reattach the wire to the opener so that it will be able to work. ButI obviously didnt make myself clear that I planned to reuse the old opener some day. Other than that all is good except I havent received our receipt via email yet. But they were great!
