I was just looking to get the keyless remote fixed. We moved here to Canton from Charlottesville, Virginia. We love the home we purchased but the garage door did not do anything for the home. We put the door on our wishlist. After comparing prices for a new door vs just a new door opener, it was a no brainer. We got a great sale price and great customer service. Austin was amazing and he was very knowledgeable and really took his time to answer all our questions. I didn't think I would be so excited about a garage door but I am!!!! Thank you Precision

This is the third time I have used Precision Garage Door for service. Maxwell Adamczyk arrived and installed a new Lift Master garage door opener. He was professional and quick in his installation.

The Ohio Edison company was to install a new meter they shut off power and when it came back on everything was working except the auto garage opener..according to their notification the consumer was required to reset any and all devices..well I contacted precision..they came out reset the opener and at this time all was working except the vehicle remotes...they came back out to check what I was told the mother board..so not only was I charged 190.00 dollars the first time but an extra 300.00 for the mother board...I became rather irate at this point voiced my displeasure with the way I being taken advantage of. your supervisor Sean called left me a voicemail stating he was understanding why I could feel this way..and told me precision does business the right way and he will take care of everything.I have been with precision for well over 20 years. I felt comfortable with how everything worked out.Being a reverend I told Sean that there is a least one business out there that takes care of their consumer and I will personally recommend to my constituents your business ethics. Called for a repair. First quote the tech gave was $4800 for the entire setup-doors and all. When calling for a repair the first quote should not be for doors and everything else. It should be for the repair first. The repair was also overpriced. Very overpriced. Not happy at all about paying $75 for a service fee for the guy to come out here and blow smoke up my ass.

My brother recommended this company to me. Shawn and his associate arrived on time and gave me a detailed explanation as to the condition of this garage door and motor that was originally installed in the 90's. Other than the door itself everything else on its last legs and no replacement parts for this unit were available. They gave me several options and I opted for the one with the lifetime warranty. I thought the price was very reasonable and installation and clean up was done in a couple of hours. I would recommend Precision for any of these types of services.

Austin came out to fix why our door wouldn’t open all the way. He worked on it for a bit and explained what the issue was very clearly. (Hadn’t remembered that we are supposed to lubricate the hinges!). He arrived in a timely manner and was very courteous and friendly. Highly recommend!

From our installation in 2017 to my first service call need recently, they have been professional, kind, and well versed in expertise in their field. We absolutely love our quiet belt driven opener and high quality of the insulated door with the upgraded exterior finish that still looks like brand new nine years later. I had a torsion spring break and the great warranty covered it. I was back together in less than 24 hours and on a Sunday! Superior service from the phone call through the repair. Maxwell was a great tech and representative for the company. Look nowhere else...only use Precision!

I chose Precision because of weekend availability..My technician was very professional explained all options completely..but in the end after doing research I found the cost too high for the job at hand and chose to go with another company .. I called same day as garage door stopped working. Mark arrived as scheduled same day and within 30 minutes had small repair and safety checks completed—and explained both. Without pressuring, Mark explained options for replacement should we need such in future for our aging garage door opener. Mark was professional and pleasant.
