At 3:45 on a Friday afternoon, I called Precision to come out for a garage door opener repair. At 4:30, Mike Reitenbach arrived, diagnosed the issues, and did a great job. He was very courteous and very professional. Highly recommend Precision.

My garage door opener had a loose wire and stopped working. I called Precision and they had a tech here the next morning right at 8 am, so my day wasn’t interrupted. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a few minutes. He also re-programmed the keypad quickly. I appreciated the photo I received of the tech to increase my safety. That wire came loose again, so Shawn, my technician, came out and was able to make a permanent correction for the problem. And there was no charge!!! Shawn first explained the possible causes for the problem and obtained my consent for one likely remedy. In the end it was an easy solution and quickly fixed. I appreciate the way Precision notified me of who my technician would be—including a photo—and that uniform and truck would have the company logo for my safety. I also got a text letting me know tha approximate arrival time. I got an email copy of the invoice promptly after the repair.

Came out at the time specified. Very professional and provided costs for 3 different replacement doors. Did not do repairs, only whole door replacements. Went with another company. Did not cost anything for the consultation.

Garreth Rogers is the best. He knew what to look for and checked everything then he brought my attention that my actual door had a series problem and showed it to me. And I agree that this is a problem and he wasn’t even here for the door he was here for an opener problem. Maxwell was outstanding, he was professional and personable. He understood why I was asking for the replacement of the weather strip because of a lot of water coming in when it rains. Then when he installed it he made sure it was the correct one and that the closer motor was adjusted to ensure a tight fit along the bottom rubber threshold. He also did the necessary maintenance lubrication of the door which resulted in the door closing in a smoother way and more quietly. Two days ago we had a very heavy rain and not one drop came inside! Thank you!

He answered all my questions and repeatedly ask if I had any further questions. He found the same style door so I wouldn't have to contact the HOA for approval. My garage door stopped working suddenly and with winter approaching, we wanted whatever the issue was to be addressed quickly. We called on a Wednesday around 430 and was scheduled for a technician to come out the next day between 4-6!! Now that’s convenient for a working gal! Our techs, Garreth and Skyler, were on time, friendly, and provided us a thorough once over and a quote explaining each of our options. They completed the work in a timely and professional manner and were a delight with our dogs. And now our garage door is purring like new with the parts under warranty for the next five years!
